Institute of Fine Arts (IFA) is proud to have established the first private institute in Chandigarh. Institute which has come up in 2004, was borne out of the need of the students of this region to express their creativity and provide them with the canvas to etch their potential. As there were only limited options available in this region IFA, the brain child of Mr. Balbinder Basson the director of the institute having 30 years experience and is topper of 1979 batch from Govt.
